Ингредиенты
- 1 x Escalope of salmon
- 1 pkt Butter, softened
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 2 x Red peppers, previously roasted and peeled
- 1 x Lemon
- 1 pkt Fresh basil
- 1 x Anchovy fillet
Инструкции
- Grill the salmon. Meanwhile finely chop all ingredients except the lemon
- (zest and juice it). Also reserve a couple of basil leaves for garnish.
- Mash altogether with the butter and when the salmon is ready put a generous spoonful on top and garnish with the basil.
