Ингредиенты
- 300 ml lowfat yoghurt
- 300 gm mint leaves
- 300 gm coriander leaves
- 2 tsp ginger minced
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp green chillics minced
- 1 tsp turmeric pwdr salt
- 8 lrg chicken drumsticks
- 6 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 6 x cloves
- 10 x black peppercorns
- 4 x cm stick cinnamon
- 6 x cardamom
- 2 lrg onions sliced finely
- 2 Tbsp. flaked almonds
- 1 tsp dry mint pwdr
Инструкции
- Grind all the marinade ingredients in a blender till smooth and creamy.
- Then marinate the chicken for 30 min.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add in the cloves peppercorns cinnamon and cardamom.
- Fry for a minute.
- Add in the onions.
- Fry till translucent/soft then the chicken and fry till slightly brown.
- Add in any remaining marinade cover and cook on a low heat till the chicken is tender Serve warm sprinkled with almonds and dry mint pwdr.
- The mint adds freshness and makes a refreshing change from the rich red curries which are normally served in indian restaurants.
