- 1 onion (med.), minced
- 1 clove garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp.
- 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes, minced
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 2 lbs. shrimp or possibly scallops
- Grnd pepper to taste
- 12/ pound feta cheese
Инструкции
- In large skillet, cook onions and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till tender, add in tomatoes, wine and oregano. Cook for 20 min (this can be cooked ahead of time, cover and cold). Reheat sauce. Add in shrimp and pepper. Cook 3 min then add in cheese and serve.
