- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 5 tbsp. melted shortening
- 2 separated Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk

- Sift dry ingredients. Mix lowfat milk and egg yolks together. Stir the two mixtures together till smooth. Add in melted shortening. Fold carefully in stiffly beaten egg whites.
