- 2 c. warm water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Healthy pinch of allspice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 carrots, halved
- 8 sm. onions
- 3 potatoes, quartered

- Thoroughly brown meat on all sides in warm fat in pressure cooker. Add in all ingredients except vegetables. Cook at 10 pounds for 30 min. Open cooker, add in vegetables, continue cooking 10 min at 10 pounds.
