- 75 gm butter
- 1/3 c. sugar (caster)
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 c. flour, plain
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. golden brown syrup
Инструкции
- Sift flour and baking pwdr together and set aside.
- In a mixer, whisk butter with sugar till creamy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla, then gently mix in sifted flour and lowfat milk.
- Place golden brown syrup in a 4-5 c. pudding basin or possibly 4 greased individual moulds and spoon in mix.
- Cover with 2 layers of greased greaseproof paper and steam for 30 min. Longer when in one dish.
- Serve with custard or possibly cream.
