- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pch Grnd cloves
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Apple sauce
Инструкции
- In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, baking pwdr, baking soda, nutmeg and cloves.
- In separate bowl, beat Large eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla till frothy; stir inapple sauce. Pour over oats mix; stir just till moistened. Don't over mix.
- Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pan; bake in 375F 190C oven for about20 min or possibly till hard to the touch. Let cook in pan for 5 min.
- Transfer muffins to rack; let cold completely.
