- 2 x Individual sub rolls, split lengthwise
- 1/2 stk margerine or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 24 x Oysters [may use less depends on size Yellow cornmeal Oil for frying
Инструкции
- Lay open rolls on boiler pan. Heat margarine. Press garlic through press into melted marg. and spread on rolls. Place rolls under broiler till toasted brown. Not very long!! Keep hot.
- Drain 1 doz. oysters /sandwich well. Season cornmeal with salt and pepper and drop oysters into mix. to coat throughly. Fry in a couple inches warm oil till well browned.- Drain on paper towels for a few minutes. Assemble sandwiches and serve with salad on the side.
