%20manner....%20good%20taste%20and%20nutrition,%20complete%20with%20(wait%20for%20it.....wait%20for%20it.....)%20THREE%20vitamins!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20sure%20have%20come%20a%20long%20way%20in%20the%20past%20several%20decades.%20Especially%20in%20the%20most%20recent%2010%20yrs.%20Consumers%20voices%20and%20dietary%20needs%20are%20being%20heard%20and%20responded%20to.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhich%20is%20great!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20do%20you%20ever%20miss%20some%20of%20your%20childhood%20favorites?%20Even%20though%20you%20knooooow%20they%20weren't%20and%20still%20aren't%20good%20for%20you?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWell%20guess%20what....Van's%20Simply%20Delicious%20must've%20read%20our%20minds!%20They've%20just%20added%20two%20new%20whole-grain,%20gluten-free%20cereals%20to%20their%20already%20wonderful%20line-up,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVan's%20has%20given%20us%20adults%20a%20guilt-free%20way%20to%20enjoy%20the%20flavors%20from%20our%20childhood%20with%20Blissfully%20Berry%20and%20Cocoa%20Sensation%20cereals.%20Oh%20sure,%20you%20can%20also%20feed%20it%20to%20your%20children%20too.%20They%20won't%20even%20notice%20that%20the%20cereal%20they're%20eating%20doesn't%20contain%20artificial%20flavors%20or%20high%20fructose%20corn%20syrup.%20All%20they'll%20notice%20is%20how%20these%20cereals%20taste%20and%20wonder%20if%20%20their%20parents%20have%20thrown%20their%20sense%20of%20good%20nutrition%20to%20the%20wind.%20Ha!%20fooled%20them,%20didn't%20we?!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20of%20my%20favorite%20treats%20as%20a%20child%20were%20those%20yummy,%20simple%20marshmallow%20treats.%20I%20could%20eat%20a%20whole%20tray%20of%20those%20babies.%20Almost%20did%20once.%20Well,%20maybe%20I%20did,%20but%20in%20my%20defense%20it%20took%202%20or%203%20days.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20time,%20I%20combined%20two%20of%20my%20favorite%20desserts%20into%20one.%20I%20have%20a%20love%20of%20berries%20and%20chocolate,%20and%20a%20love%20of%20banana%20splits.%20Although%20I%20didn't%20add%20banana%20chips%20to%20this%20tray,%20but%20the%20idea%20is%20still%20there.%20These%20delicious,%20gluten%20free%20cereal%20bars%20contain%20both%20the%20Blissfully%20Berry%20and%20the%20Cocoa%20Sensation%20cereals,%20along%20with%20peanuts%20and%20gluten%20free%20pretzel%20sticks.%20Sweet,%20salty%20and%20crunchy.%20Takes%20care%20of%20it%20all,%20doesn't%20it?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMelt%20the%20butter%20in%20a%20large%20sauce%20pan.%20Add%20the%20marshmallows%20and%20stir%20over%20low%20heat%20until%20the%20marshmallows%20are%20completely%20melted.%20Add%20the%20cereals,%20peanuts%20and%20pretzels%20and%20stir%20until%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpray%20a%2013%20x%209%20casserole%20dish%20with%20non-stick%20cooking%20spray.%20Spread%20the%20cereal%20mixture%20into%20the%20dish.%20Top%20with%20the%20chocolate%20morsels.%20As%20the%20morsels%20melt%20from%20the%20heat,%20spread%20even%20along%20the%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELet%20cool%20completely%20before%20cutting%20into%20squares%20to%20serve.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
