  1. Add in the water to the soup meat, season to taste and cook slowly for several hrs. A half hour before serving time, make soup balls as follows: combine the salt and flour and work in the butter. Beat the Large eggs and add in to flour.
  2. Stir in the lowfat milk, using only sufficient to make batter thin sufficient to drop by spoon. Drop by spoonfuls into the boiling warm broth and cook for 10 min. Serve in warm soup at once.
