- 4 ounce extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounce grape seed oil
- 1 3/4 ounce balsamic vinegar
- 1 3/4 ounce garlic, flower
- 1 Tbsp. lemon, juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced fennel
- 1 Tbsp. minced basil salt pepper
Инструкции
- In a large stainless steel bowl combine the vinegar, garlic flower and lemon juice.
- Place the bowl over a bain marie on the stove top and gently reduce the vinegar for about 4 or possibly 5 min, or possibly till syrupy.
- Gradually add in the grapeseed and extra virgin olive oil, mixing constantly to emulsify.
- Add in the minced herbs. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
- Serve with salads.
