- 2 lb (about 6 medium) potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 4 lrg cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 c. (1 oz) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary or possibly 1 tsp. dry rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 x to 3/4 c. Evaporated Lowfat Lowfat milk Salt and grnd black pepper to taste

- PLACE potatoes and garlic in large saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 min or possibly till potatoes are tender; drain.
- RETURN potatoes and garlic to saucepan. Beat with hand-held mixer till combined. Add in cheese, butter and rosemary; beat till smooth. Gradually beat in evaporated lowfat milk till fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
