- 4 slc bacon -- minced
- 3 clv garlic -- chopped
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 1 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 x tomatoes -- diced
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper

- Cook bacon over medium heat till crisp. About half way through, add in garlic and roasted garlic. Pour in wine, stir. When mix returns to a boil add in tomatoes, basil, and cream. When warm stir in Parmesan cheese till melted. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over warm cooked pasta.
