- 1/4 c. butter - (1/2 stick)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp grated lime peel
- 1 pch cayenne pepper
- 10 lrg uncooked shrimp in shells
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

- Heat butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Fold in next 6 ingredients. Saute/fry 30 seconds. Add in shrimp; saute/fry till opaque in center, turning occasionally, about 3 min. Stir in parsley. Season with salt and pepper; serve.
- This recipe yields 2 servings;
- can be doubled.
- Comments: We like these shrimp with corn on the cob, crusty bread, and a salad of summery greens. For dessert, offer a strawberry tart.
