- 4 1/2 c. Yukon Gold or possibly baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 6 lrg Garlic cloves, peeled
- 2/3 c. 1% lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh chives Whole chives, optional
Инструкции
- Place cubed potatoes and garlic in large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 15 min or possibly till tender; drain well.
- Return potato and garlic to saucepan. Add in lowfat milk, yogurt and salt; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer till mix is smooth. Add in minced chives and stir well. Garnish with whole chives, if you like.
