- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda dissolved in 1/2 c. buttermilk
- FUDGE PECAN ICING
- 1 stick butter
- 6 T lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. cocoa

- Place in saucepan and heat only till butter melts:
- Measure into mixing bowl:
- Put together with first mix. Add in:
- Mix well and add in 1 tsp vanilla. Pour into 11 x 17 sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees. Check baking time at about 20 min. Use fudge pecan icing while hot:
- In saucepan, mix and bring to a boil:
- Sift and add in 1 box confectioner sugar. Mix quickly and lightly or possibly it will harden. Add in 1 1/2 to 2 cups minced pecans. Ice while HOT!
