Ингредиенты

1/2 c. strawberries, finely minced
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 12 squares
1 quart frzn nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp. grated lime peel
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
4 Tbsp. tequila, optional
1 c. frzn light dessert topping, thawed Lime and strawberry slices, optional

Strawberries are the surprise ingredient in this pie's delicious crust.
In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well. Press in bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Set aside.
In large bowl with electric mixer, combine all filling ingredients. Mix on high speed just till combined. Spoon into crust. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till hard sufficient to cut. Serve topped with dessert topping and garnished with lime and strawberry slices.
TIP: Filling can be prepared in food processor bowl with metal blade or possibly blender container. Process 10 to 15 seconds or possibly just till combined.
