- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 4 large eggs, unbeaten
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted or possibly 6 T butter + 1 c. + 2 T cocoa
- Nuts
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 c. warm coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- I add in a package of peanut butter chips. NOTE: For 1 square of chocolate = 3 tbsp cocoa and 1 tbsp fat. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar; add in salt oil, large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Stir in chocolate, nuts and chips. Drop by tsp 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 min.
- Sift 1/2 cocoa with sugar, mix and spread on cookies.
