- Dill pickles, cut in 1/4" Slices, well-liquid removed Flour for dipping
- 1 c. Self-rising flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Accent (opt'l, or possibly suit to Taste)*
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika, (Hungarian is best)
- 1/2 c. Hot beer
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk

- *Personally, I always use it. Fry! In deep fryer, or possibly Fry Daddy. Pickles will float to top, turn for a minute more.
