- 2/3 c. Yellow Cornmeal
- 1 c. Boiling Water Salt To Taste
Инструкции
- Pour boiling water over cornmeal.
- Stir about 1 minute.
- Wet hands and with Tbsp. take up piece of "dough" about the size of an egg.
- Toss back and forth in palms to create a ball.
- Then flatten ball with one hand while holding dough in the other.
- Fry in 1/2 inch of warm oil till golden.
- Yield: 7 (2 1/2 inch) pcs.
