- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Salad oil
- 3 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
- 3 c. Pears, thinly sliced
- 1 1/4 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk, to 4 tb.

- Combine sugar, Large eggs, and oil; beat well. Combine flour, soda, and salt; add in to sugar mix, 1 c. at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and pears.
- Spoon batter into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan or possibly tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from pan, and allow to cold; top with powdered sugar glaze.
- Powdered sugar glaze: Combine ingredients, blending till smooth.
- Yield:about 1 c..
