- 1 c. Water
- 1 bot Dry white wine
- 1 bot Sparkling water - (1.5 liters)
- 6 c. Minced seeded watermelon
- 1 c. Minced mango or possibly papaya
- 1 c. Minced pineapple

- Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, till the syrup is clear. Set aside to cold.
- Combine the syrup, wine, and sparkling water and stir well. Add in the remaining fruit and serve cool.
- This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
