- 4 x Sq bitter chocolate
- 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Minced nuts, (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine
- 2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
- 2 sqr bitter chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Инструкции
- Heat chocolate and butter. Beat Large eggs till fluffy. Add in sugar to Large eggs. Then peppermint and chocolate mix. Add in flour. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20-25 min at 350 degrees. Cold totally.
- 2ND LAYER: Beat and spread smoothly, chill till hard. Add in 1-2 drops green coloring if you want prior to spreading.
- 3RD LAYER: Heat and blend. Spread on mint frosting. Let set out and then cut 1 inch squares and freeze.
