Ингредиенты

1 c. Butter
2 c. Powdered sugar sifted
4 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
4 x Large eggs
3/4 tsp Peppermint extract
2 tsp Vanilla
10 x Vanilla wafers crushed

Инструкции

Beat together butter and sugar in a large bowl till fluffy. In the top of a double boiler, heat chocolate. Add in melted chocolate to butter mix and beat thoroughly. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in peppermint and vanilla extracts. Line 8" pie tin with vanilla wafer crumbs (buttering tin will help them stick). Pour in filling and chill 2 hrs.
