I received a discounted ticket in exchange for promoting the Food Wine Conference, all opinions are my AMayzing May is just about over, and it was as busy and exciting as I thought it would be.  A few days after my daughter Kristin graduated from college we headed off to Orlando to attend the Food Wine Conference.  Since it was our very first time attending the conference, we were not sure what to expect, and I have to say it was everything we thought it would be and The Food Wine Conference opened its doors  Friday evening with a wine tasting sponsored by CK Mondavi, along with a cookbook exchange and a sampling of Idaho potato latkes.
