- 2 env Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Wishbone thousand island dressing
- 2 can (7 ounce) tuna or possibly salmon, liquid removed and flaked
- 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
- 1 tsp Dill weed

- In a large bowl, sprinke gelatine over cool water; let stand 1 minute. Add in boiling water and stir till gelatine is completely dissolved. With a wire whip or possibly rotary beater, blend in lowfat sour cream and thousand island dressing.
- Mix in remaining ingredients. Turn into a 6-c. mold or possibly bowl; refrigeratetill hard.
- Makes about 5 1/2 c. spread.
- Note: Recipe can be halved. Turn into a 3-c. mold or possibly bowl. You may also substitute canned shrimp or possibly crabmeat.
