- 3 sm avocado, seeded peeled, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 2 x green onions finely minced
- 1 c. Monterey jack cheese shredded tortilla chips
- 1 bot taco sauce 8 ounces

- In a mixing bowl mash the avocados with the lemon juice. Spread mix proportionately in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Spread lowfat sour cream proportionately over avocado mix. Spoon taco sauce over lowfat sour cream layer. Sprinkle green onions over taco sauce. Top with cheese. Cover and refrigeratefor several hrs. Serve with chips.
