- 2 lb ripe tomatoes Or possibly 1 28-oz can, seeded
- 3 Tbsp. minced minutes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb fettuccine, cooked till al dente
- 1 c. Greek black olives, pitted

- Place all ingredients except fettuccine and olives in a food processor and process till coarsely minced. Toss with warm pasta and olive.
