Рецепт Fettuccine with Meatballs
One of my New Year's dish as my kid and I welcomes 2013! For long life, good health, and colorful journey throughout the year! It is tasty too!

- Meatballs
- 1 kilo lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion (minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed and minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil leaves (thinly sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large can (28 to 36 ounces total) crushed Italian tomatoes
- 1 cans tomato sauce
- 1 kilo fettuccine (cooked according to package)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (as much as you prefer)
Инструкции
- Mix all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Fold and mix them until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Mold the mixture into a size of a golf ball until everything is used.
- Place meatballs in a greased shallow baking pan. Bake meatballs at 400°F for 25 minutes or until it is golden brown.
- On a separate pan, sauté onion until tender and golden.
- Add remaining sauce ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Arrange each meatballs onto the pasta and pour in the sauce.
- Serve with grated parmesan sprinkled on top.
