Name: Fast 'N Fabulous Fruit Cake
Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Baking Soda; 2 whl Large eggs, Slightly Beaten; 2 2/3 c. Mince Meat; 1 can Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk; 2 c. Mixed Candied Fruit, 1 Pound; 1 c. Walnuts, Coarsely Minced Glazed Cherries, Optional

Ингредиенты

2 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 whl Large eggs, Slightly Beaten
2 2/3 c. Mince Meat
1 can Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
2 c. Mixed Candied Fruit, 1 Pound
1 c. Walnuts, Coarsely Minced Glazed Cherries, Optional

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Grease a 9" tube pan; line with wax paper and grease again (or possibly use generously greased and floured 10" bunt pan).
3. Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.
4. In large bowl, combine Large eggs, mince meat, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, fruit and nuts.
5. Add in dry ingredients and blend well. Pour into prepared pan.
6. Bake 1 hour and 50 min or possibly till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cold 15 min.
7. Turn out of pan; remove waxed paper.
8. If you like, garnish with glazed cherries.
