Ингредиенты
- 2 lb Grnd lean pork
- 1 lb Grnd salt pork
- 1 lrg Onion, finely chopped
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Rubbed sage
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 tsp Grnd mace
- 2 tsp Coarsely grnd peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 1 x Bay leaf,crushed
- 1/4 tsp Grnd allspice
Инструкции
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use to stuff sausage casings or possibly form into patties. In either case, pan-fry or possibly bake on a rack till crisp but not dry.
- Makes three pounds sausage.
