- 4 1/2 c. Sugar
- 14 1/2 ounce Evapoated lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine
- 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 c. Pecans, minced
- 7 ounce Marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

- In a saucepan, combine sugar, lowfat milk, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 min, stirring constantly. Add in remaining ingredients. Stir till chocolate is melted and ingredients are well blended. Pour into 2 buttered 9x9x2- inch pans. Refrigeratetill hard;.
- Yield: about 4 pounds fudge.
