- no-stick cooking spray
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 x egg whites
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. karo light or possibly dark corn syrup (optional: confectioner's sugar)

- Spray 9-inch square baking pan. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, soda and salt. In medium bowl mix (whisk) Large eggs whites, water and corn syrup. Add in to flour mix; stir till smooth.
- Pour into pan and bake at 350 F 35 minutes. or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold. Optional- dust with powdered sugar, or possibly powdered sugar and cocoa.....or possibly whip up some chocolate or possibly vanilla frosting.
