- 16 oz raw shrimp, shell and tails removed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 TBS rice vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 2 TBS Sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (preferably unsalted)
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 can Bean sprouts
- The Sauce:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Mirin
- 1/4 cup Agave Syrup (or use 1/2 cup Agave instead of mirin)
- 3 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 TBS soy sauce
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
