- 1 x Clove garlic
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 x Canned anchovies
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Grnd pepper

- Place all in small processor till smooth. Serve over romaine lettuce
- **Original recipe calls for 3 cloves of garlic in processor...4 sauteed in oil and 4 anchovy fillets. Too strong for me, but Dad adds anchovies to his salad.
- Perhaps non-fat mayonnaise could be used.
