Инструкции

  1. Puree chiles, ginger, garlic, spices, and wine to a smooth paste.
  2. Brown beef in warm oil.
  3. When proportionately browned, remove and drain off all but 2T oil.
  4. Saute/fry onion in the oil till soft but not browned.
  5. Add in the bell peppers and saute/fry for an additional 3 mins.
  6. Add in the chile puree and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  7. Add in the beef and mix till strips are coated with sauce.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min more till the beef is done.
