Ingredients: 1 lb Grnd turkey; 2 c. Picante sauce; 10 ounce Spinach, thawed and liquid removed; 2 tsp Cumin; 1/2 tsp Salt; 8 ounce Cream cheese; 14 ounce Diced tomatoes; 12 x Flour tortillas; 1 c. Shredded cheese

Ингредиенты

1 lb Grnd turkey
2 c. Picante sauce
10 ounce Spinach, thawed and liquid removed
2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
8 ounce Cream cheese
14 ounce Diced tomatoes
12 x Flour tortillas
1 c. Shredded cheese

Инструкции

Cook turkey. Add in 1 c. of sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin and salt. Cook and stir 5 min till most of the liquid evaporates. Add in cream cheese and stir till it melts. Fill tortillas, roll and place in a slightly greased casserole dish, seam side down. Combine the rest of picante sauce, cumin and tomatoes. Pour over the top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutues, then top with cheese and heat.
I got this recipe from a fantastic fund raising cookbook. I do not use spinach in mine. I use fat-free or possibly light cream cheese because you cannot taste the difference. I do not use the spices in the recipe, I use my own, to make it spicer. I hope you like it, I also spray the pan with Pam.
