- 18 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 quart. lowfat milk
- 3 quart. heavy cream
- 2 quart. bourbon
- 1 fifth rum
- 1 fifth brandy
- Grated nutmeg

- Separate large eggs. Beat yolks till light. Beat in sugar gradually. Add in 1 qt lowfat milk, stir till sugar dissolves. Pour into punch bowl. Stir in cream, remaining lowfat milk, and alcohol. Let stand 1 hour. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Garnish with nutmeg. 36 drinks.
