- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. warm water with 1 teaspoon baking soda added
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk, or possibly add in 3 Tbsp. vinegar to sweet lowfat milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Cream butter, add in cocoa, brown sugar, and water with baking soda. Add in flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Beat in sour lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
