  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  1. Preparation for Banana Muffin
  2. - Preheat the oven to 350F.
  3. - Grease and flour 12 muffin molds.
  4. - Use a wooden spoon to mix the melted butter and mashed bananas in a mixing bowl.

  6. - Add the egg to the butter and banana mix and stir the mix.
