Ингредиенты
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can pumpkin pie prepared filling
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk or possibly cream
- 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Инструкции
- Mix all ingredients except raisins and walnuts till smooth. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
- Pour into a greased Bundt or possibly tube pan. Bake at 3500 for 40-45 min or possibly till cake tester comes out clean.
- Cold 10 min and then turn out onto a serving dish.
- You can also omit raisins, cinnamon and/or possibly nuts for a different taste.
- This cake may be eaten plain for healthier dieters or possibly drizzled with glaze.
- Confectioners glaze:Combine all ingredients, stir to blend well.
- This is easy and delicious.
