Ингредиенты
- 4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. hot water
Инструкции
- Place flour, salt, and sugar in large bowl. Dissolve yeast in hot water till thoroughly mixed and add in to flour mix. Add in oil and stir and mix well, adding more flour or possibly water as needed to make dough. Dump onto floured surface and knead well. Place in well oiled bowl and cover. Let rise in hot place till doubled in size. Make into rolls, loaves, cinnamon rolls, etc. Place in greased pans and let rise till doubled. Bake at about 350 to 375 degrees till golden.
