- 2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed
- 1 (14 ounce.) can condensed lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Red food coloring (optional)
- 2 c. whipping cream

- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipped cream, beat well. Mix in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or possibly other 2 qt container. Cover. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard. NOTE: Use only grade A unmarked Large eggs.
