- 2 packages. (4 ounce) Baker's German sweet chocolate (divided)
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 c. light or possibly dark Karo syrup
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese

- Heat 1 1/2 pkgs (6 ounces) chocolate. In blender, blend large eggs, syrup, cream and vanilla till smooth. Gradually add in cream cheese, blend till smooth. Blend in chocolate. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set. Cool on rack. cover. Refrigerate. Heat remaining chocolate, drizzle over top. Serves 8. Use a graham cracker crust or possibly chocolate cookie crust in 9 inch pie plate or possibly 9 x 3 inch spring form pan.
