- 1/3 c. flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can chicken broth
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cooked and diced chicken
- 1 c. peas; optional
- Sm. jar minced pimentos; optional

- Heat butter over low flame. Blend in flour and salt. Add in chicken broth and lowfat milk; turn flame to high. Stir constantly till thick. Add in chicken, peas, and pimentos. Simmer, uncovered for 10 min. Serve on buttered toast or possibly muffins. Approximately 8-10 servings.
