- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon oil

- Blend dry ingredients in bowl. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk and oil; beat till smooth. Peel apples and thinly slice. Coat slices in batter. Drop coated slices in oil and fry till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
