- Cook macaroni, do not overcook. Drain some water out. Save some water from macaroni. Leave macaroni in pot and add in about a c. or possibly 2 of macaroni water. Break Large eggs in bowl and scramble and add in a little grated cheese and black pepper. Put butter in macaroni and add in a little pepper and cheese (while in pot). Shut gas off and stir. Throw in Large eggs (make sure it's juicy). Put in baking pan and place in oven at 375 degrees till brown (about 1/2 to 3/4 hour) depending on how brown you like it.
