- 1 - (15.25 ounce) box french vanilla or white cake mix (I used Betty Crocker french vanilla)
- 1/2 - cup canola oil or melted butter or (amount called for on box mix)
- 4 - eggs, room temp (add one additional egg than called for on box mix)
- 1 - cup milk (substituted for amount of water called for on box mix)
- 1 - teaspoon clear vanilla or butter extract
- Candy Filling:
- Easter sprinkles
- 1 - bag Hershey chocolate eggs or Cadbury Mini Eggs
- For the White Chocolate Pudding Frosting:
- 1/2 - cup butter, softened
- 1/2 - cup coconut oil, shortening or (use all butter)
- 1 - 3 oz box instant white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1/2 - cup milk
- 1 - cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 - cup sweetened coconut
