I have just today discovered your site and the recipes look fabulous! I picked some blackberries this morning and was looking for a quick cobbler recipe. You didn't disappoint. This is probably the easiest cobbler I have ever made...I couldn't believe how quickly it came together.
Having said all that, though, I would use unsalted butter next time, as when I was eating it, all I could taste was salt in that beautiful, crispy crust. Otherwise, this is an awesome recipe!

Your Popovers look delicious. I recently have tried making Popovers and they are so delicious. Have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend.
