- 1 1/2 c. Boiling water or possibly apple juice
- 1 c. Oats
- 4 ounce Margarine
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. White sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar (packed)
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 x To 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 x To 1 c. minced nuts (can be a mix of nuts)
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Rum or possibly rum flavoring
- 1 tsp Brandy or possibly brandy flavoring
- 3/4 c. Sesame seeds Some poppy seeds

- Heat oven to 350. Grease a bundt pan well*. Let oatmeal sit in water
- (juice) Cream butter and sugars. Blend in Large eggs one at a time. Stir in flavorings. Dump in flour, salt, soda and spices. Beat until smooth. Slop in oats, stir, then pour in seeds, raisins, and nuts. Bake 35-40 min. Let cold 10 min, then turn onto plate.*(or possibly use mini bundt pans and adjust cooking times)
